A.S. Kenyon joined the Victorian Public Service in 1887 and worked successively in the Departments of Public Works, Water Supply and Agriculture. In 1911 he returned to the reorganised State Rivers and Water Supply Commission. He was a Commissioner when he retired in 1935.
